Cemen Tech’s M60 mobile concrete mixer is designed for large-scale concrete production. With an 8-10 cubic yard carrying capacity and a production rate of 60 cubic yards per hour, the M60 can handle the demands of big projects with ease. The M60’s dual auger system, Ni-Hard wear blades, and superior portioning capabilities mean less downtime and more productivity on the job site.

Features may include:

• Two-Speed Cement Bin: Adjustable cement discharge allows an operator to easily switch between concrete mixes and flowable fill applications. (Excludes M15, M30, M30X)

• Sand, Stone & Cement Bin Vibrators: Ensure materials are delivered at a consistent rate with pre-programmed, auto-adjustable vibrators. (Excludes M15, M30, M30X)

• Dual Auger Cement Metering: Pour consistent mix designs within +/- 1 percent accuracy every time to reduce your material costs.

• Pump Master Auger with Max Life Bearing: A homogeneous mixing auger for higher discharge height than standard dual mix section augers with a greaseable Max Life bearing for extended life.

• Digital Counter: Operators can calculate the yards poured and track the RPM of the conveyor belt with the Red Lion Digital Counter.

• High & Low Flow Admix Tank with Flow Meters: Operator control is simplified with automated admix tanks to ensure the exact amount of admixture is used every time

• Heavy Duty Roller Chain: Engineering-class roller chain with 1 1/4 inch angle-iron cross members that supports a vanner edge aggregate conveyor belt and protects the chain from debris to ensure accurate aggregate delivery.
